- We only accept returns or refunds under the conditions listed below.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring correct product selection (size, design, and quantity) before checkout.
2. Eligible for Refund/Return
You may request a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Item
- If your item arrives with manufacturing defects or is damaged during delivery.
- Wrong Item Received
- If you receive a different product from what you ordered.
3. Not Eligible for Refund/Return
We cannot accept returns or refunds if:
- The item was damaged due to customer mishandling.
- The reason is a change of mind or personal preference.
- The product is a limited-edition or pre-order item, unless it arrives defective or incorrect.
- Packaging has been opened and the item is not in its original condition (unless the defect was reported upon receipt).
4. Reporting a Problem

- Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Processing time: 7–14 business days (depending on your payment provider and bank).
- In case of replacement, a new item will be shipped after we confirm the returned product.
7. International Orders
- Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
